My solution is to install a relay that turns the fan on when the inverter fan is on and off when the inverter fan is off. I ordered the relays but have not taken time to dig into the inverter to get access to its fan.
They also installed a 5 amp in-line fuse . If I pull the fuse the fan stops.
It appears that they install the wrong therm switch .

Freightliner tech support told me that the brake light should come on when the exhaust brake engages but when the exhaust brake is switched on and the brake is not engaged the brake light should not be on. It is best to check your MH to see if it is working this way.

They installed a thermostat that doesn't do the job properly. I can see that the disc thermostat is inexpensive and an attractive choice for Thor. Looking at alternatives, the cost is $30 - $50.

On my last MH I found that when the exhaust brake turns the brake lights on the emergency flashers don't work. It is worth a try on the Palazzo.

Maybe there will be a Thor rep at the TDC rally that can figure this out.

Gary,

When I attended the Freightliner rally in Sturgis this subject came up during one of their classes and the Freightliner Rep told us that the break lights do come on when the exhaust brakes activates. I have not tested it I just took him at his work. If anyone does attest and finds out differently please let me know?

Anyone replaced their wiper blades? Looks like they are 31 inches +/-. If you replaced them, where did you find them?
Thanks,
Gary

That is what I'm afraid of. Looks like there should be some other sources out there.

Question Window shade

I'm thinking of getting a window shade for the front window to keep the heat out. The drop down shade works okay but still tramps heat between the shade and the window glass. Has anybody had any experience with Magne Shade. They are expensive but seem easy to install once they have been fitted.

Question Winterizing - Ice Maker

It's getting to be that time of year again. Is there any special trick to winterizing the ice maker? The rest of the coach is rather easy but have not tried to winterize the ice maker yet.

Anybody going to the GLAMARAMA in Sep't? We'll be there. Hope to talk to other Palazzo owners.

I have the Magne Shades for my windshield and cockpit windows. I think that they are worth it.

I would get this one also. Fits outside and no snaps.
