Been coming here for years - it's a great resort, even without going into the theme parks.

I drove in the rain for the first time in my Palazzo and the water around the rear camera obscured the picture often. Has anyone come up with a way to improve this?

Mike,
The hot air blowing out the exhaust outside is from the combustion process and is what's left after transferring heat through the heat exchanger.

We are scheduled to do the PDI and take ownership of our new 36.1 next Wednesday at CW in Raleigh, NC. They are going to install the Roadmaster baseplate, tow bar and invisible brake also. Will be a long day. Wish us luck!!

Don't drive off the lot until you are satisfied.
Have heard some not so good reports about that CW.

I have had the same results in rain. I may try a shot of rainex over lens to shed water quickly but that may get foggy in time. Clean and reapply........maybe.

Back from TDC Rally
Just returned from TDC Rally. Lots of good info shared and met many nice people. Of course, all Palazzo owners are good people!
Shout out to Bill & Dot - nice people. Hope to meet them again down the road and/or at next years rally.

Our 33.2 was completed on Sept. 25 and we took delivery of it on Oct. 2.
We left the next morning on a trip originally planned for Yosemite. Since that wasn't working out, we headed for a few days in San Francisco then up to the Redwoods State Parks which were still open. My wife, 7 year old daughter and myself had a blast. Spent one day doing a 13 mile hike through Prairie Creek Redwoods Park. We also spent a day a Disneyland on the way back to break up the drive. The contrast between the solitude and quiet of of our hikes and a day at Disney are indescribable.
Only a few small issues with the Palazzo, but overall we really like it. Our only other RV was our previous class c.
One quick note. I had looked at a 2014 33.2 that had the new paint scheme about three weeks ago to see what type of interior halogen lights were used so I could order LED replacement bulbs for boondocking purposes. When I went to change them on our unit, all of interior ceiling lights had LEDs installed from the factory. That is something they must have changed in the last 4-6 weeks. Very nice. The fixtures in the closets and underneath compartments that use the 921 bulbs still had those.

We just got our 36.1 last Wednesday. I thought you'd like to know what was wrong/missing for your own reference:
* Scratch on bedroom TV (will be replaced)
* Bent metal on microwave door (will be replaced)
* No travel slide bars (to be provided)
* Spring keeps popping out of TV antennae crank (they keep ignoring it after popping it back in)
* Only one ignition key (they deny that there should be a second one)
Then, we also found this in the past few days:
* Door to monitor/control panel hinges not secure (I will fix myself)
* Side curtains not connected correctly on both sides (I will fix myself)
* Light bulb out on one fixture (I am surprised at so many bulbs - not LEDs)
I am not sure if it should, but the bedroom thermostat doesn't work the furnace.
We're still going over everything. It will have to be winterized in a couple weeks.
