Trip

Did 2,349 miles round trip to Branson, MO. Had a great and safe trip. Did have a rear tail light go out. Found a matching replacement at O'Reilly's auto store. Easy to change.
Coach/rig ran great with no issues.

Love our Palazzo!

(Tcopeland) Great performance with good news, no issues.
I have been living in our 33.3 about 3.5 weeks with no issues (running on 20amp plug). Family member in ICU. RV is good to have for situations like this.

I wish I could be as positive. Schwintek bunk broke first trip. CW is fixing now. ( keeping fingers crossed) part came in from Thor.
Coach pulled to right during test drive. Cw, on delivery day, said it was all good. Still pulled driving home. Took it to Freightliner in Jax FL. Replaced def tank head and did a front end alignment. Left shop to drive home. Still pulled to right. Got home. Called Freightliner in SC. They said take it to Freightliner in Lake City FL. 2 hours west of Jax. I got there at 12 noon. Left there at 930 pm. Remember this is for a front end alignment.
Mechanic and I test drove. Still pulls right. Mechanic and service manager all scratching head. Mechanic says let me try... Ride height adjustment. Still pulls right. Drove home dejected. Freightliner fl says they need to call Freightliner SC.
3 ( cw and 2 Freightliner) places all say alignment is good to go.
Not road crown. Even in left lane coach pulls right over center line and off road.
Freightliner tells me left rear air bag at 25 psi and right fear air bag 80+ psi. Something wrong I'm told. Freightliner can't weigh coach but tells me they think one side weighs more.
Stop at local dump on way home to weight coach. As follows...
Left side 12920 lbs
Right side 12089 lbs
800 lbs? Makes a pull? I don't think so.
Left front tire 4660 lbs
Left rear 8040 lbs
Right front 3480 lbs
Right rear 8549 lbs
Too much pressure on right rear and left front. Right? Yea but chassis is level at this set up but coach leans 1.5 inches to right side.
Please.. Anyone with prior knowledge please give some feedback. I'm thinking thor put coach on chassis crooked? There is little in coach. Couple folding chairs etc.
Holding tanks should not matter. Full or empty should not matter. Come on.
I'll wait for your reply.

I wish I had a good answer.
You gave a lot of data but left out a critical piece. What are your tire pressures?

I don't have specific answers for you but there are some things that stand out from your numbers. The rear air bags 25psi left and 80+ right raise a flag. Also, left front 4660 lbs and right front 3480 lbs is way off. Hopefully you can get someone on the forum who has done a four corner weight to compare. Although it is a long drive for you, a trip to Gaffney might be your best hope.

We pulled into our winter location in Texas on the 28th of September and this morning we decided to unplug and drive to top off the fuel tank and exercise the coach before we bed it back down until the 1st of March. Everything operated perfectly and we both got the bug to travel again. We have owned our Palazzo for 17 months (14,700 miles) and we love our coach! I would like to also say that Thor has been very responsive to the few, minor, issues we have experienced. This is the second Thor class A we have owned and I would not hesitate to buy another Thor product!
