Hi, Gary:
I had already noticed your posts and that you were from Jamestown. Seems like you may be out on the road right now!!! (Envy ). I may need to call on you for advice after I take delivery. The systems on the Palazzo are going to be totally new to me - be nice to have an "expert" so close by!

Now, with longer trips, we've found that the Sprinter gets smaller every day! Hoping for the best with the Palazzo. Strangely enough, we saw one in Atlanta at the GoodSam rally and didn't realize at the time how much was included on the coach for the money! I'll change my profile when we take delivery!!

This takes the tension off the exhaust pipe and keeps it from swaying in the wind. I was pretty proud of my work until DW came outside and told me how stupid I was to stick those on the side of the coach when I could have used suction cups from harbor freight and stuck them on the window and not risk messing up the paint. so use suction cups instead.

Support and they will order them for you and it ships from camco to your door the number is 1-800-626-5944 and here is a pic of the parts and part numbers

Gary Adams is a super guy and I am sure he will help where he can. We had the pleasure of meeting Gary when we passed through NC earlier this year. I have a brother-in-law that lives in Deerfield, North of Greensboro, that we visit when we are in the area and met Gary during one of these visits. We plan on passing through again the end March so maybe the three of us (couples) could get together for lunch/dinner?

Jack/.Karen... what a great idea. Becky and I would love it, and you'd be welcome to plug in at our house!
I've been pretty active on the FR Solero forum... we've been able to get up with some of the other folks on that forum for personal visits - one of the great side benefits of participating on these forums. I hope to be meeting Gary soon, and you guys in March!!

We got our 2014 Palazzo 33.2 last May. We have now about 4000 miles on it with no problems, except some very minor issues easily taken care of. The slides have been in and out many times and so far, they behaved beautifully. I really think they must have done something to the 2014 model to correct the problem. You will be very happy with your unit. I am in the Salt Lake City area (Park City), and if you happen to visit this way, let us know.
