Picked up our 33.2 yesterday. PDI/walkthrough went well. Only problem 2 loose cabinet hinges. Until today - generator won't start... Press button & all I get is clicking - error code 36 seems related to fuel, but clicking sounds like not enough juice to starter?

Hi, I am also from NC. Just curious, where did you buy your Palazzo? Have you read my comments about the Schwintek slide issues? Good Luck!

Did you let the gen set reheat before trying to start?

Got our Palazzo at Tom Johnson in Marion.

Hold down on ur generator start button for 30 seconds or longer and generator will probably start. Needs to preheat.

If you hold the button in the OFF position, that will prime it. That being said, it is probably the preheat that is your problem. Hold for 30-35 seconds.

I see you're getting an error code. Check your manual on how to read the secondary code. Mine did the same thing at about 50 hours and the secondary code was 17 which is unlisted but indicates a bad fuel pump.

Bought mine from Tom Johnson in Concord, NC.
