May 28th I drove off in my 33.3. Brought it home and ran through all systems, but gen. would not start. Fuel pump recall, replaced it and all is fine. I had about 10 hrs on gen. when issue occurred.

Mine has 19, so not much more. I guess getting the bugs out early is a good thing but still a pain.

Arrived in Elkhart today for the factory tour. Due to storms and a delay by a neighbor, didn't get here until 3:20 for the 3:00pm tour. Spending the night and will take the tour tomorrow. Checked out the facility across the street where several motor homes were parked. I assume this is the repair facility. Saw one Palazzo in the parking area. Several more expensive units were there. Hopefully the tour will be worth the 4+ hour drive from Columbus, OH.

Well go to lunch or dinner at the Essenhaus restaurant in Middlebury. 8 mile south on hwy 20. Is the tour worth a 4 hr drive. That might be a stretch. Tour neat if your looking to buy a Thor product.

Really want a 33.1 (bucket list). Looked at one at Arbogast RV in Troy, OH. Unfortunately, someone bought it. Will probably order a 2014 thus the trip to the factory for the tour. Trying to justify dropping that much on a depreciating asset. My best friend (same age) passed Sunday a week ago. Makes me think about my own mortality and just what am I waiting for?

Are you also at the service facility?

No but I've been there. Had a couple issues with my 33.2. Was totally satisfied with the way they treated me & repaired mine. My thought is for the $$$ spent you will be hard pressed to beat the Palazzo.

My dealer is just 5 mile from Thor. Total Value RV. He might have one on his lot? He is there in Elkhart. Great to deal with.

I am staying at the Hampton Inn just north of Total Value RV. I intend to stop there tomorrow and check out what they have. Website doesn't list any 33.1's in stock.

We visited total valve days ago. Said they had 3 Palazzo on lot. We looked at a new Tuscany just for kicks.
At the service center. Should be finished today.
Great people!

Ya I was up there while back and they talked me into driving the new Tuscany. Not sure on the # but the new small one. It was ok but I liked my Palazzo better. I liked the floor plan in the Tuscany but the ride & drive of the Palazzo was better for me.

Tom,

I got home yesterday. Drove in and out of rain when I left on Tuesday. I meant to see you before I left but didn't get the chance. It was nice meeting you and Judy. When you pass through the Greensboro area give me a call.

Gary
