Can I also ask what you paid for your Palazzo so I can get a feel for what is reasonable negotiating price... I hear that 25% off msrp is doable.... thanks for the feedback and Happy Holidays.

Since I did not pay $1M I did not expect $1M quality.

The Palazzo is far from perfect but so far I am satisfied with what it has to offer for the cost.
A major factor is how well you inspect it before taking delivery. I had a very lengthy checklist and still missed a few things. Also I think I was fortunate that I had a very patient and knowledgeable tech with me who spent several hours with me and took care of some issues immediately. If you have prior experience with motorhomes that will be a big plus; I am a total newbie and would have been lost if I had not been studying the manuals and getting valuable information from this forum.
Since I brought it home and have been on three short camping trips we have found a few more things needing attention but nothing that needs to go back to the dealer.
If you read everything on this and any other forums about the Palazzo you will have a wealth of information on what things to look for on your pre-buy. One thing that is easy to miss is a careful check of the slide seals all the way around when the slide is out.
