Mike,

I am the Asst Rally Master for the TDC Rally in MB and I am looking forward to seeing you again. I attended the iRV2 rally in Sevierville a couple of years ago and we had a great time! I am in Site HH22 so please feel free to stop by and say hello.

Thanks!
Jack

Hi, all:

Finished all my chemo last week and radiation this week. Now to gain a little strength. I've lost almost 20 lbs, but I'm beginning to be able to eat a little. So, Good Lord willing and the creeks don't rise, I"M GONNA be at the MB rally. Have appointment with surgeon at Duke next month, and he'll be the only thing that can keep me from going. He wanted me to take 4-6 weeks to regain my strength after treatments ended... so, I'll put on my Shakespearean hat when I see the surgeon, and act like I am soooo weak I can't possible undergo the surgery 'til after May 2!!!

Thanks Jack/Karen, and all who've worked with me on this. I appreciate it so much. First time in my short life (76 yrs) that I've ever been sick. It's really taken me down, but I'll bounce back guaranteed!

Hi Ed,
Glad to hear you are finished with the Chemo and radiation and that you are starting to feel better. I am a 2 time Cancer Survivor (and I am only 50 years old!!) so I can tell you rest and relaxation is just as important as medical treatment! It helps to heal the mind as well as the body!!
I hope to see you in Myrtle Beach!!

Karen

Unfortunately health issues are preventing me from attending the rally. I am on the phone waiting for Ocean Lakes to answer so I can cancel my reservation. I have a prime site in the midst of the TDC area, HH19 from 4/27 - 5/2. So if you have not made a reservation, or maybe even if you want to change to this better location, the site will be available as soon as I can get someone to answer the phone.

Thanks Gary.
By the way, my wife liked my Palazzo hat so much I had to order one for her with an opposite color scheme from the one I got. We were really looking forward to showing them off at the rally.

So just to clarify, the rally in Myrtle Beach is a Thor Diesel Club rally NOT an IRV2 rally right? And there will be techs from Thor there that we should be able to talk to.... right? Because we paid our money to go to a THOR rally, not an IRV2 rally.

It is a TDC rally and not an iRV2 rally. Looks like there will be a Thor rep there one of the days according to the itineray. I don't know if they will be a tech or someone else.

There is a iRV2 rally in MB but it is later on this year. The rally the end of the month is a TDC Rally and we will have Customer Service folks there to talk to the group as well as some one on one time. Unlike the fall rally there will not be any techs and no work will be done on any coach.
