Porch Light Lens

I've lost the porch light lens on our '14 Palazzo - apparently vibrated off while under way. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so were you able to locate a replacement, and where? Local CampingWorld said they "need a part number, as if I had a parts manual

I've seen the porch light lens missing on some brand new Palazzo's on the dealer lot. Call Thor. I bet they will have a part number and they will send you one under warranty. It probably blew off in a strong wind.

Just check my 2013 lens and there is no number on the lens. Probably need to check with THOR for the part number if there is one. Might have to buy the entire fixture. While checking mine I noticed that the top of the fixture has "melted" and is now open to the elements...great something else to fix. Will replace bulb with an LED for less heat.

Call CW in Colfax and talk to Ken. He can look up the part number for you and probably order it if there isn't one local.

If Thor does not have a specific part number or part for the lens. They might send you the whole fixture. You should be able to use just the lens off the new fixture. Thor Sent me two entire fog lamps when I had just one bulb not work. They will take care of it.

our problem wasn't with the Porch light, we had water build up on the inside of our tail lights. Specifically the red one and the white one on both driver side and passenger side. When Rick called Thor to see about ordering new lights Thor said "No that is under warrenty, we will send you new lights". I was really impressed! They could have just taken our payment and made the money, but instead Thor stepped up to the plate and fixed the problem without us even asking!!
Now, I would still like to change out all of the lights to LED, but that is another story....
