Angry Storage Bay Door Leakage and rotting core

We have rotted panels and the doors are falling off. This is a picture of the driver's left side bottom door. We managed to drill out the screws, remove the facing and found the rotted wood and aluminum plates. The company refused to repair the doors stating we are out of our warranty.

Has anyone else on this forum experienced this issue? How did you repair the door?

Just checked my storage doors.

I went around my 2014 33.2 and looked on bottom of all the storage doors for weep holes and found all of them have them drilled for drainage. No damage from water found. Sorry for your problem, but thanks for the "heads up"!

Please contact Phil Houser at Thor. Call the main number and ask for him. Be prepared to wait because he is very busy. However can help you diagnose the cause and propose solutions.
