After purchasing my Palazzo and before picking it up I worried myself crazy knowing I had this incline in my back drive (up to where I park my MH). I just worried about having this issue and what I would do to be able to get my new purchase up to its resting spot. Just so happens, it barely clears either ends (taking my 2inch drop hitch off back for toad) getting up incline ok. Phewww, one big sweat out of the way.... One great feature for the Palazzo is the 11ft.10 inch height. You can get it in and under lots more trees and stuff than most coaches....

Air bags
I have a 36.1 and also had same problem with the front end low and leading a little on the passage side. Took it to Freight liner in Macon Ga with no luck...Spoke with David at Thor you have all the adjustments in the front of Bus. Camping world folks can adjust the levelers.
They will need to make measurements while adjusting the bladders.Your owners manual has a picture that shows you all the spot for correct measurements from frame to ground.
You will have four (4) valves adjustable values under the front, (1) up or down, (2)Back up or down, (3)left and right adjustment.
It will raise the bus up over an 1 inch.

My question is; is there a way to raise the travel height or at least the front end. I have a slight incline leading to my RV access on the side of my house and the nose will rub in either direction.
Thank you

Thanks for all the input. Will be using 2X10s till I get it raised a bit.

Does anyone know how to turn on the two clear lights on each side of the back up camera?

I think you should ask in the holiday rambler forum. This forum is for Palazzo Owners.

On the Palazzos there is a switch on the dash marked Docking Lights. The ignition has to be on for them to work. I'm sure it is similar in other coaches.

sorry, I've driven our Palazzo for 50,000 miles over the last two years and have never seen a 'docking lights' button on my dash!
(are you referring to the 'fog lights' push button on the lights knob?)

I would like to know if the 2016 has docking lights or if the camera has lights?
My 2015 doesn't!

Ok, asked and answered. I don't know about all years but the 2016 has docking lights to make it easier to hook up the toad or set up camp at night. Key must be on.
