If anyone is looking for a 2013 Palazzo I know of 2 for sale.
Berryland Campers in Ponchatoula, Louisiana has a 2013 33.1 priced at 140K. 877-370-7001
And, Johnny Bishop RV in Columbus, Mississippi has a 2013 36.1 priced at 169K. 1-800-569-9847
We bought our 33.2 from Johhny Bishop and they were very good to deal with, but we have purchased in the past from Berryland (our gas RV) and they were good to deal with too.
I don't mean to sound like a salesman, but the Palazzo RV is so nice I think everyone should have one! Not to mention, we have a really great Palazzo family with a great group of people!!

Indeed, that is a very good price... I know of one that can be bought at 145K

We went shopping on the last day of the month. The dealer was dealing - unbelievably! Must have had some quota to fill.

TVs HD?

Received email today that the unit I've been waiting on has arrived! Can't wait to see it. I still have many questions, which I will ask when I see it. But Hubby is wondering if the tvs are HD. and if so 1080 or 720?
thanks,
Panda

I was hoping someone more knowledgeable would respond...
Yes to HD. On these size TVs I doubt you could tell the difference between 1080 and 720. Whatever it is, they look great. A friend remarked it has a better picture than what he gets at home. I suspect part of that is the over the air broadcast signal is better. So I expect it is 1080. But someone else is free to correct me.

I've got a deposit on a 2014 36.1 for 149 but I'm getting cold feet with all this talk of poor cs and slides not working. I'm in an older Newmar now but can't afford newer Newmar and the Palazzo looks nice.
Anyone out there to talk me down from this ledge? 2014's all fixed?
I'm feeling good about the price (rv show) but scared about all the negative feedback.
Any help would be great.

I think you need to go back a read the post about customer service. Thor gets high marks from many Palazzo owners for their customer service. I am talking about their customer service facility in Elkhart. You can't blame Thor for poor customer service at some dealership.

As for the slide issue, I have read little about 2014 36.1 having slide problems. There were some changes to the slide operating systems on 2014 models so maybe Thor is getting this problem under control. In fact, posts about slide problems are slowing down so Thor may be getting this problem under control.

I am not trying to talk you off the edge, you need to do what you need to do. If you decide to go through with your purchase I say welcome to the Palazzo family! If not, good luck and happy RVing!

I tried last night to respond to your post, but it seems to not have posted. We had a 2013 Palazzo for little over a year and just sold it to Lazy Days last week. If this post goes through, I will expound more on our 16 months with the Palazzo.
