not for me... though I love technology, not like this. To gimicky, and prefer to touch real buttons.... but Im sure people would want it.

They should just go for the whole gammut... full automation, temperature, water pumps, amp readout, fridge, LP level..... etc

I prefer to be inside looking for obstructions to slide movement than up to 100' away, but it might be easier for hight challenged DW than reaching for switch above door. Peter

Agreed! I want to observe the slide when it is in motion to make sure that nothing is in the way. If I am going to walk around and look at the slide I would prefer to just push a button.
