Inverter not coming right on

Yes msturtz, you and I are in same sheet of music. I always shut off main switch in lower bay if I leave coach unattended for more than a week. There never used to be a delay but there is now. About 2-3 minutes and then after a few more Inverter will display "low battery" but for only a minute or so then all is back to normal? I'm thinking now that I may have to test Coach batteries. I keep the water(distilled) levels up but the heat in Texas usually destroys battery life.

Hmm sounds like the batteries arwere low. The inverter mist charge the internal capacitors and that will cause a drain on the batteries. There are other loads that are connected immediately when you flip the switches on. If the batteries are weak or low voltage it could drag the voltage below the cut off voltage for the inverter. Check the voltage at the batteries when this is happening.
