In the 2018 36.3 the water filter is in a passenger side compartment, wedged between the water tank and the rear side of the compartment wall. It may be blocked by a wood panel covering the water tank. It is wedged in so tight that the filter wrench is useless. I could only tighten my filter but hand.

Even worse, the water pump is BEHIND the water filter. It would seem impossible to replace the water pump without removing the water tank.

I moved the water filter and installed a new water pump in the wet bay on the drivers side. (This has been covered in more than one thread). Eliminated about 16’ of PEX tubing in the process. I’d love to know why the water supply was designed to come in on the drivers side then piped over to the passenger side to be filtered and then pumped back to the drivers side for distribution.

Hope this helps, at least with regard to the 36.3 .
