Yep just put the slides in if parked. We had ours unfurled several times in a large wind in Wyoming while driving. That makes a large noise too

Trying very hard to "love" our Palazzo but this last week has been very trying. Arrived in Longmont CO. on the 12th and overnighted at camp wallyworld. On the 13th checked into St. Vrain State Park just ahead of the blowing snow and high 20's. That evening the inverter went south...lights browned out and the chg light went out on the Magnum panel. Checked and we still had shore power. Powered down as much as we could and went to bed. called Thor in the AM and they suggested a few things but no help. They suggested I call Magnum and gave me the number. Talked to the tech at Magnum and he had me check a few things and then asked if I had checked the breaker. My response was "what breaker". So I checked the box at the foot of the the bed and sure enough there was a 30 amp breaker that was tripped. While I was on the phone with Magnum the heater came on and the "squirrel cage" blower fan promptly self-destructed.
Fortunately there is a CW just 5 miles from the park so they got me in on Tuesday the 15th, contacted Atwood and Atwood stepped up and warrantied all parts and labor. It still took 3 days for the parts to come in and be replaced. Got the coach back on Friday at 5 pm. That evening went to turn on the Jensen above the dining table and DOA....We're really trying to love our Palazzo but it's very hard.....

I LOVE these "Love my (blank)" threads.
Everyone knows about this one: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f120/i-lo...aw-102560.html
Everyone gathers to share and even when someone has an issue, others can help.
Hope you all keep it going. The Palazzo(s) a beautiful RV that brought a whole lot of good stuff in a nice package and price.
Safe travels to all

We just pulled ours out of storage for the new season. Everything seems to be stable. The only item I had to fix was the leaking two stage horizontal pressure regulator for the LP tank. Easy fix, $28 on Amazon. Also replaced the plastic (and cracked) fog lights with better glass lense versions (along with better headlight bulbs 9006 and 9005 Sylvania zXe). Had to use a hole saw to widen the opening a bit which also allowed me to center the drilling a bit (was off a bit from the factory). Big slide still works after 70 plus cycles. So far, so good and looking to enjoy the new season.

Here is a link to the fog lights. I used a 4 inch hole drill to widen to accommodate. If you look under, you will be surprised how simple the mount is. A simple stamped L bracket is on the chassis. I adjusted with some washers and these mounted right up. I also replaced this with Sylvania bulbs for a little better vision at night. Works great. Will post up some pictures tomorrow night (raining here, right now).

I am at Gaffney for my first service with 7500 miles on the Palazzo. Pleasant ride today although I did not get started as early as planned. Need more practice hooking up the toad with all the parts and pieces together before starting. Fortunately the holiday traffic had not built up yet. Will have to check MPG again but think it was 11+ with a lot of that at 55 on 2 lane roads, some at 60 on Interstate.
The only significant problem was Trixie (dog) getting loose from her harness and getting on my lap. Fortunately there is still plenty of room between the steering wheel and my belly.
I forgot hookup is only electric so hope I have enough water. But if I don't I see where to get more.
