We love our Palazzo
We have owned our Palazzo for 22 months and have driven it for 17000 miles. Our travels have taken us North to Mackinaw Michigan South to Tampa Florida and Austin Texas, West to Cheyenne Wyoming and East to Virginia Beach and all places in-between.In total we have lived in our Palazzo about 7-8 of the 22 months of ownership. We have had some issues (minor) but nothing to compare with my last Class A (towed 3 times and in the shop 11 more times in an 18 month period for the same engine problem).I may be speaking too soon but we have always been able to use our Palazzo for its intended purpose.Did I say I love my Palazzo!

I agree. I think for the price and all that you get, it is by far the best choice in the current market. I can't say I regret my purchase. As with everything, there are hiccups, some may experience more than others, but I believe Thor does their very best to make things right. In my opinion, this is most important. I will be the first to say that their customer service folks are very helpful and always willing to give you as much information and assistance as possible. I am looking forward to my trip to Elkhart in a few weeks and hope to personally meet the people on the other end of the telephone who have been instrumental in helping me along the way.
This is my second Thor motorhome. We traded up to the Palazzo from a Hurricane which had absolutely no problems whatsoever. It served us well for the time we had it.

17, 000 miles and counting.
We are also planning an "out-west" trip this summer. Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Utah parks, Yellowstone, then up north to Baniff Canada.
Planning to be on the trail for two months + or -.
Maybe we will see you on the road.
And, we too love our coach!
Safe travels to all.

We have had our Palazzo since last October. Picked it up in Elkhart and drove it home to Florida. We have made several short trips in NC, Florida, Georgia and Alabama and now have a total of about 5,000 miles even though it has been parked since January. We are looking forward to our first big trip starting in June. First to Gaffney, SC for Camp Freightliner and service. Then back to Elkhart for a factory check up. We have a list, but it is a minor one. We then plan to head north through Michigan, cross over to the upper peninsula and then across to Mt Rushmore and Custer state park. From there we get home using a yet to be determined route. Can't wait. We love our Palazzo.

Bob,
Something looks different with your entry door. Looks like it does not have the frame-less window. Is that by design?

As for my entry door, I haven't really paid attention to the window. It is the one that came on it. I can take a better picture if you would like.
