Thanks for the input. I have a notification setup with state parks (weird that they don't allow trailers in the tent look, some are 42 ft long), and also left message and also sent email to the Park at the River (although they don't answer phone or email until Wed.) So fingers crossed - who knew 6 months out this would be as bad as trying to get a camping space at a WA State park?
Thanks for the input though.

For those who haven't had the pleasure of seeing the trophy in action:

FYI, several of the Oregon State parks on the coast have been booked up for the month of July for some time now. The RV industry has been putting about 400K new units out every year for the last few years. There are people that book a few different spots then cancel when the time gets closer.

Hope that does not scare away any potential attendees. But I have to say, with all due modesty, the ARSCE trophy is World Class. The Oscars, Emmys, Grammys etc. are, in comparison, insignificant. The Nobel Peace Prize, perhaps, is competitive. Maybe the Stanley Cup will become competive in the future? Right Coops?

Mr. Wonderful
Mr. W....watched the Grammys, Golden Globes and Noble Peace Prize ceremonies, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies of many winter and summer Olympics, and the Stanley Cup presentation.
Those ceremonies and their respective trophy and cup does not compare to the one and only ARSCE trophy and the presentation ceremony.
Being selected to take care of this beauty for a year is a life changer...just ask the past and present winners and those that created it.

Having this beauty comes with great responsibility. I hope who ever is selected is up to the task...it is a heavy burden.

May the ARSCE be with you.

Mr. W...as always your humble servant.

Coops

C loop is my favorite. The bigger spot wins out for me over being at the center of things at Park at the River.

Anyone that is camping places other than Park at the River, please come by and say hi to everyone. We all have extra chairs and love to talk. ORV will have rigs set up by the river and the factory guys will be there.

We're in Loop C, #29. First year to attend. Looking forward to seeing you characters out there lol. So, if someone can clarify for me please, I know there's usually a lot of people attending and that not everything happens at the state park?.. how and where does everyone meet or congregate throughout this weekend of 'education'?

The Factory Reps will pass flyers around, I think on Fri, Some of people from the park at the river will be around to help everbody relax and feel at home. The main thing is enjoy, you could make friends for life, like I have.

For those going to the rally, be sure to check out all the things to do in the area. The town of Joseph has many shops and places to eat. Many of us will be getting there a few days befor the rally to just relax and talk trailer. The main rally will be on the Saturday at the clubhouse at Park by da River. But at any time anyone can come on over and relax with us.
