Brunch update as of 9/5/24
Hi all - I have combed thru this site as well as the Face Book site for the event. Here is what I see so far:

Yes, we too are going to have to cancel the rally. We came down with Covid two weeks ago and are not progressing as far as recovering from it. Just nagging shortness of breath and congression. If the rally was only a one day travel day we might have reconsidered it. But it’s two days of travel from NE Ohio. So site 76 will be open which is a pull thru site. ��

We have to cancel too...
Site #85 is available from 9/19 to 9/23 (as of 7:30am on 9/10/24)
Unfortunately, our current circumstances require that we'll have to cancel our reservation for the rally this year.
Hope we'll be able to see everyone next year.

 It's important to maintain momentum and keep the tradition going. For those going to this year's rally, have an open discussion for next year's rally. Best times for this might be around the campfire each night, at the brunch and most certainly at the potluck dinner Saturday evening.

We are in site 127 we have a 22FQS we are coming from Ohio we plan on coming to the brunch on Friday and potluck on Saturday I have not decided what we are bringing yet.

Rally Time is 1 week away!
Some of you may already be on the way! Safe travels!
Dave and I will be there Wednesday! Shannon at ORV has provided a large banner for the rally which we will hang up at the entrance of our site and then hang it somewhere at the potluck where we can get a group picture. This the schedule agenda so far - can be changed as need:
Friday mid-morning
Brunch hosted by Deanna and Doug
Saturday at 1pm
Open House - open to all even if not "opening trailer"
You can pick up an "Open House" sign from our trailer
If you would like to help everyone get to know you when people are touring offer a refreshment (not required) that reflects where you are from , or your favorite place you have visited, or any other thing you think would help people get to know you. If your trailer is not participating you can always have your "get to know you" at your site or just visit with others.
Saturday at 6pm
Potluck Dinner at Pavilion 1 - not walking distance for most and we will need help with transporting portable generators as there is no electric at the Pavilions. We hope to take a group picture at this time and will have a drawing for some swag donated by ORV, Thompson's and the new East Coast ORV dealer.
There is a special surprise activity in the works for Thursday or Friday night or maybe both!! Stay tuned!
We will miss all those you are not able to attend. Hope to see you next year!Fingers crossed for good weather!
