28DBS storage questions for owners

I am looking to upgrade from a 21ft Flagstaff 21DS TT, which I really like for my 4-6 week trips, to something I can full time in for a while in a wider range of temperatures more comfortably. I've upgraded my current trailer with the stuff in my sig and still have room for all the gear I need in exterior accessible areas.

For those of you with a 28DBS, where are you storing sewer hoses and fittings, water hoses, external water filters, shore cord, shore extension cord, EMS, black tank flush hose, sewer riser, propane hoses, griddle/stove, maintenance stuff, camp chairs, outside carpets, chocks, blocks, ramps, etc?

It does not seem like there is ton of external storage for those sorts of things with just the one bay on the front curb side.

Interior storage is great compared to what I have now. I'd toss the bunks and their framing and build the bunk area into an office space with workbench for my hobby. But I would rather not have the "outside stuff" stored inside.

Is there room under the bed for a Victron Multi Plus II and 400-600Ah of LiFePo? I can't tell from the videos I have seen how much space is under there. I know the front area is raised for some drawers, but might be willing to permanently remove those if needed for electrical upgrades

TIA

I do a lot of mixed camping now, probably 65% boondocking and 35% with hook ups. I just need internet for my job so I can live anywhere.

We have a 28BKST. Before I purchased, I realized 1) compared to other trailers, the outside/external storage is limited to the front, pass-through and 2) the cargo weight is low compared to other units. Mine is 1200 lbs (from the plate on my trailer).

To compensate, I purchased a 1-ton truck and added a cap to it.

In the trailer front compartment, I store:

Sewer hoses (4), water hoses (2), Electrical cables, (2), chocks (4), camp stoves (2), bug sprayer, awning twinkle lights. Everything I need to setup camp. You can fit most of the essentials in that compartment.

The truck holds everything else that would be considered garage worthy - tools, lubricants, bicycles, rugs, propane, etc.)

We do not use the bottom bunk to sleep, so we have an enormous amount of space to store stuff (chairs, tables, appliances, wine, etc).

I have not pulled up the bottom of the underbed storage, but I believe on the 28DBS there is space between the two opposing drawers.
