Backcountry 20BD hitch ball height

We are trading in the 2016 Blackstone 280RKSB for a new Backcountry 20 BD.
Ball height for 280 rksb setup is 31.5 inches from ground to top of ball on truck when unhooked from trailer and just barely lets me open tailgate on F350.
20BD has 16 inch vs 15 inch tires and x4 suspension.
Am I going to have to raise Blue Ox Sway pro hitch up which would mean lose my ability to drop tailgate. Rear camera on tailgate is right above ball with .25 inch clearance now so even A 1 hole raise of hitch will mean pulling hitch every time we unload something.
If anyone has backcountry 20bd ball height at level that would help. We try and travel level and quite often don't unhook.
It does look in pictures like the new backcountry model has the ball socket lowered on the a frame.

I would think it is the same as my 21RWS which I will check.
I can’t lower my tailgate on my F150 but I have made a cover for the ball of some dense foam so I can if needed. Works well. I hope I don’t have this problem with my new F350 Tremor which is a good 3” higher than a stock F350.

Thanks that would be great , I imagine if tires are 16 and z4 suspension should be same as the 20 BD. I can just drop tailgate now and leave hitch on all the time when on the road. Someone said 16 inches but that seems really low. My 280RKSB is 29 inches or so when on truck and trailer is level. The tremor should give lots of clearance.

I was having a ‘señor moment’ when I said 16”. My driveway has a fair incline. Here at the Back Of Beyond RV Park my Mark I eyeball says all of 21”. Will get home tomorrow to a garage full of measuring devices. I’ll mark it on a stick here and try to get it within a half millimetre for you!

Just got home to measuring devices. Level trailer ball height is 29-1/4" or 743mm!
That was to the underside of the opening. Obviously I'm illiterate as to the proper jargon, but I'm good with boats and airplanes!

Thanks, that's 31 to top of ball so is a couple inches taller than our blackstone. Means we will travel a couple inches low in front and use jack to level up while still hooked up. Should work if jack has the muscle. If not,,,,, bigger jack.
Easier than taking blue ox SP off every time we unhook to drop tailgate.
