Closet hanger rail pulled out from ceiling (no blocking behind)

In my 2016 Windriver, the closet hanger rail pulled out from the ceiling because there was no blocking.
So I re-hung it on the sides using drywall anchors.

When we bought our '05 5er the closet rod pulled out too (on the road). I phoned Dutchmen, who recommended a nearby Dutchmen dealer, and said it was a known problem. I left that dealership 2 hours later with a redesigned rod holding method; repaired under warranty.

The best TT's are built twice, once at the factory and once by the owner. Unless it's a New Horizon unit.
