Creekside 22RB our finalist....experiences anyone?
We're still waiting to see what Outdoors RV product line will be once the final specs are released. At this point I'm getting a bit frustrated because we'd like to move forward with our purchase.
I made a five hour trip to the Syracuse New York RV show yesterday. Gained a tremendous amount of confidence that not one of those products being shown would be worth wasting any money on. I can't believe the amount of low-quality uninspiring poorly made trailers were on display.
We're very confident that a long arduous trip from New York to Oregon will be well worth the time.
So being so cautious I would still love to hear from any owners or previous owners of a Creekside 22RB would have to say about their experiences.
Any idea when the website will be updated?

Yes and what works, what doesn't work. Improvements they did, wish they had ordered what option? Etc...

If you want to save a little coin then Sumner RV in the Tacoma, Wa. area has a pre owned 2016 21RB. They're asking 22K. Most likely the "bugs" have already been worked out. I think on our next trailer we will go used due to the various issues that seem to crop up on new.
BTW, I don't work for Sumner RV but we bought our last two rigs there and have been very happy with both the sales & service departments.
Here's the link:

There is a thread here on the mods people did.
As to options you need to tell us how you will use the unit - off road, boondocking or only in RV parks.

or all of the above.
I read the mod thread every time something is posted. I was hoping for comments about the 22RB only

Then you should get all the options. There really aren't that many.

Get the Off Road X4 option to get more load capacity. Without it, the ability to load up the trailer is limited and almost dangerous. Still the 3500 lb axles can only do so much!
I'm disappointed with the Creekside line abilities as a loaded travel trailer and prefer the heavier Timber Ridge line with the 5200 lb axles, E rated tires and frame clearance for rougher roads.

I like the concept of the off road X4 option, not for load capacity but for stability and longevity. I'm anxiously awaiting the update on the website. If we end up going full time I could see the upgrade to the Timber Ridge line.

Our 2016 Creekside 23RKS has 5200lb axels and 6 lug 8ply tires.

Yes I believe the 5200 lb axles were available in 2015 & 2016 Creekside 23RKS. They are not available on the 2017 Creekside models, at all
This is the new way ORV is changing their model lines and offering two trim options with very few extra options. The Black Rock and Creekside are now entry level light duty RVs, with a optional Titanium coat of lipstick, at a extra premium cost. Don't be surprised if the Black Rock line is dropped in a few years.
If you want a serious RV built to tackle and survive off road camping, over the years, you may have to move up to a Timber Ridge or look at Northwood manufacturing products. You cant beat a strong frame and axles as your foundation to your trailers survival over the years!
Cant blame ORV for this as the competition has the same trim levels for lower cost and really how many of us 4 season camp? So I figure the cutbacks and changes to ORV's line up is direct response to the competition.

"Light duty"? You've got to be kidding. Yes, they are the "entry level" for ORV, but they are far from being "light duty".
