High Pointe Microwave replacement options

We have a High Pointe Model EM925ACW in our 2018 ORV 24RKS. We noticed matching burn spots on door and main body that indicate arcing. I called microwave manufacturer this morning and rep made it clear they have no interest in getting involved because the microwave is over 1 year old. We have had the trailer for about 18 months.
I have option to buy another High Pointe that will slip right in but I am not impressed with the product or their backing of their products.
I have option to find another brand but would like to stay away from any need to modify the microwave cabinet.
Has anyone had a similar situation and found option that with simple installation that satisfied you?

Lightening took out ours (I think) while travelling.

Found a very cheap replacement at Walmart that had a different brand name (which I don't recall) but looked almost identical and fit into the existing mounting frame. Prolly made at the same chinese factory with the same quality just a different name.

Pretty much all the others I measured would require some modification to the cabinet.

Sorry I can't be more help.

This is how the inside our our High Pointe microwave looks. The melting on the door makes it clear heat is involved. It is in same area of John and Linda's. Does look like a potential for a fire.
The photos are showing 90 degrees CCW. The damage area is near the top on the right vertical edge of the opening.
My wife said there was a smell when it happened.
