Hope it works out for you....like I said the dealer could keep your rig for weeks for a simple repair that you can do if you're handy. Call Dimplex and tell them what happened...they will ship the parts and you can replace them at your pleasure.

Most of the small warranty stuff that failed in our 2016 I repaired myself. ORV sent the parts to me at home. They even shipped a new television to me after ours failed at month 7.....Never took it back to the dealer.

Yeah, we are in it full time so it will not be going to a dealer anytime soon.
