Hey everybody, I've been lurking around here for a little while now, happy to say I'm finally an owner.
I've been talking with a seller since late November about his 2015 Creekside 20FQ, this past weekend everything finally came together and I was able to make the 19 hour round trip to finalize the sale. I arrived at his house at midnight Friday, spent the night in the trailer, and was on the road home at noon Saturday.
The drive was uneventful, a great thing when crossing the Rocky Mountains in January! The ol' Dodge had no problem getting us home.
The trailer itself needs a thorough cleaning, but overall looks pretty good. It is already winterized, and was quite cold when I picked it up so there are a few things I wasn't able to go through/test as well as I would have liked, but what can you do?
It came with 2 composite fiberglass LP tanks, which I've never heard of, nor has my local RV store, still trying to find a place to get those re-certified, and my list of projects is growing quickly. Looking forward to some warmer weather so I can get to work.
Looking forward to spending more time here, and finding ways to spend money on yet another expensive hobby!
