Just an update, I made the dealer open it up and there is no pink insulation under the belly of my unit. All the water that ran through was sitting on the silver insulation or coroplast, which has dried up.

Sorry, forgot to answer your other question. Yes mine looks completely factory new. ORV paid to have the underbelly completely replaced.
