Leaky Window

We had our first rainy day since picking up out timver ridge.When we stopped this evening there is a lot of water on dinette cusions. Window channel is full of water. Anyone had a similar experience

There are drain holes in the channels. Perhaps they are plugged up. Or perhaps the windows are leaking round the frame.

Only way to know for sure is to run some water on the window and frame with a helper so you can look and see where it originates. You can pour a small amount on just the frame seal first to eliminate that cause. I suspect the drain holes.

Make sure that they didn't accidentally install the window upside down.

Quick way to check. The bottom of the window will have the drain holes on the bottom of the outer frame. IF you look and there are no holes, then look at the top of the window and the holes are up top...your window is upside down.

Doesn't happen often, but it has before.

Also be sure the rubber seal has a cutout on the bottom near the center. About 1/4" wide for water to move out.
