Living Space Question 21/22TRX

I too am considering (actually heart set on) 21trx or 22trx. The 22 is only a foot longer but fits in a front queen, so I'm thinking the 21TRX actually has more living space. The 21trx DOES have a large picture window on the camp side, while the 22 only has a small window over the sink there (because of how the front queen bed causes the 22trx to utilize the living space for the bathroom.
On the other hand the 22TRX looks like it may have more storage because of the closets on either side of the front bed.
Can anyone confirm about more open living space/more or less storage in the 22?
I'm also wondering if putting down the rear queen everynight is going to be too much of an inconvenience.
Also, for overnighting at a WallMart (which may be going away) or Cracker Barrel or even rest area, can you lower the rear queen enough to use it without having to pull out the "toy" in the garage space.
I want to visit somewhere with both side by side but so far the only place I see had a 21trx is about 400 miles away from me.
Was planning to go to Quartzsite in couple weeks for the big RV show, but Arizona seems to be really getting hit hard with COVID. Though driving down would take me right by the place that has the 21TRX :-)
I'm single so don't really need both queen beds just wondering about the inconvenience and especially inconvenient if need to take out motorcycle to use the rear in an overnight spot.

Thanks for any help, suggestions or thoughts on the two models.

Well, my quandry may have solved itself. I called Thompson about ordering a 21 or 22TRX and they told me that the next build date for them are March/April of 2022, more than a year from now.

I found a used 2020 Northwood 21SW through a private seller in the general area. Same general floor plan as the 21TRX, and I think same build quality as they are same parent company. Looks like the only real major difference is the 21SW has the fabric cover/screen for the rear opening rather than the glass/wood one on the Outdoors.

I go to look at it tomorrow.

We full time in the 21trx

I believe you are correct regarding the living space. The 21 has more storage and more living space. If you have bikes loaded the wheels will extend past the bed and the bed is higher than you think because the seats are under there too. We move bikes out to the deck or down to the ground to sleep. The thought of easy overnights above with toys loaded didn’t pan out. On the 22 look what you will have to do with the chairs when toys are loaded. I think the bathroom and kitchen will be blocked...a no go for us.

It’s not too much hassle to lift and lower the bed. 3-4 minutes at night and in the am to reverse the process, but that is without toys. We took out the bed stops and use a step instead of the ladder with the bed all the way down. Even down it’s 3ish feet up. There is some exposure in the 21 if the bed mechanics go south. The rig seized up once, and popped a fuse another. (Good luck finding the hidden fuse at 1am lol)

Also if you get the leveling system be conscious of weight. Ours only had 1500 lbs capacity left. 637 to fill water, 340 for toy fuel, 500lbs for 2 bikes and you are over before personal items and food. They should have upgraded the axles when they added levelers Ugh.

Feel free to post questions... headed to Baja but will eventually reply.

Thanks.
I don't plan on getting the levelers, but might not have a choice if that's what the dealer ordered.
Not much available right now.
I asked Thompson about ordering the 21TRX and they told me they are not scheduled for building until March/April of 2022. ORV is concentrating on building more popular models during the pandemic.
