Truth is I don't think ORV ASSEMBLES their trailers any better than most other brands.

I think that's pretty fair; attention to detail during construction/assy could be improved for sure. The design and materials used are better than most eastern TT's which was the draw for me. Though I've not had any real issues, I do see that others have

I purchased my 2022 ORV Mountain Series Blackstone 260 RLS almost exactly one year ago. Due to a number of unforeseen circumstances we were unable to begin using it until late July of this year. When we purchased the unit I was impressed with the overall construction compared to my older 5th wheel of a different brand. Of course like all rvs most of the appliances were third party. Having used the TT several times now I'm still generally happy with the construction although I've found a few instances of sloppy assembly such as the dinette base screws having been stripped out where screwed into the floor. Additionally the shower controls were installed backwards. So far everything wrong has been minor in that I've been able to correct the problems myself. Overall the trailer is well constructed and I'm looking forward to many years of reliable service.

In the interest of full disclosure, I did run into one QC issue this past weekend; I had a drip leak at my hot water connection to my kitchen faucet which ruined a roll of paper towel. I found that they weren't that tight so I grabbed a set of vice grips and tightened the hot and cold water connections about a quarter turn...

Dave, looks like that roll of paper towels kept the water damage to none and also provided you signs of the leak....
