We are currently camping at the KOA in Laughlin, NV and plan on being at the Quartzite Meet-Up Thursday (01/16) mid-day.

I believe this is the biggest ORV meetup. It passes Wallowa. At last count we had 72 trailers in one location. And by the way, dogs are welcome.

ORV LOT CRAWL:
Tuesday the 21st
Gather at 2:45 at the fire pit
ORV Crawl 3:00 - 6:00

Crawl Tips:
Pro-tip, have your doors closed if you do not wish to participate, or if you do not want to show the inside of your rig. Think trick-or-treating....

Offer a goodie (small amount/handful) and small sippy (2-4oz, can be alcohol or non-alcoholic) when it's your turn to host visitors.

Prep-up early if possible, so when it's your group's turn you are ready.

Wear good shoes.

Crawl "groups" will be identified using the chicken tracks map. The visiting times for each group will be noted on the map.

The map should be posted by noon tomorrow on FB and in the welcome tent. Suggest taking a photo of the map.

Thanks to all who put this together, we had a great experience and not only learned a lot about our ORV, but made new friends. We also spent time at the RV show and spent some money on new things for the trailer. The pot lucks were awesome and the Ted talks were a great learning experience as well. Again, Thanks very much. Next year I will add Quartzsite to a Anza Berrago trip. The ORV Bernese will be there. I went there many years ago before the ORV rally was created.

Final stats for the event;

87 ORVs attended (60 in 2024)
Most ORV’s onsite at one time; 79 (51 in 2024)
155 people camped together on Plomosa Road (111 in 2024)
7 people dropped in to visit, but camped elsewhere
34 different ORV models attended
43 Camping Canines
7 Purr-fect RV Cats

Changing things up for next year, we will have the meetup the week before the shows starts, but the pre-meetup/anchor location party starts 5 Jan.

Next years meetup is scheduled 12-16 Jan '26, suggest arriving early for pre-party

2026 Quartzsite RV show is 17-25 Jan
