If your trailer is plugged in, your convertor is on and your battery disconnect is in the closed position, you should read around 13.5 volts on your battery, if it is charged. The convertor maintains this in "float" mode. WFCO's "Theory of operation" does a good job of explaining how and why thier convertor works the way it does, which will help with any concerns about leaving the trailer plugged in and the battery on the convertor, potential battery damage and what voltages you may see during the 3 different charge stages.
I'm glad the water pump issue worked out, and best of luck with camping and your trailer.
