Smile Roofing Material - Northwood/ORV

Does anyone know what "membrane" roofing material Northwood and/or ORV uses? Watching the Northwood factory video, they just say membrane but not the exact material EPDM or TPO or something else? need to know for future maintenance - thinking of buying a unit. Thanks.
