It's in the white outer (Vinyl?) finish of the trailer..
I'm hoping there is a White product I could somewhat match to the finish. Anyone here done a repair to outer finish of one of these trailers?

The outer skin is a sheeting called Filon. It is a fiberglass product and the top coat is just Gel Coat. It's just like fixing Gel Coat on a boat.
If it is just a scratch. Order a gel coat repair kit. Usually, you can buy a white tintable kit that will come with pure white and several tinting compounds. You just clean the scratch really well, use a small knife to just lightly clean out the scratch, mix your Gel Coat to match, and apply it just a little higher than the surface. After it cures you sand it and buff it.
If it's bigger than a scratch that a branch or screwdriver or knife would make, it likely would need to be sprayed. Same process. Clean and sand, spray gel coat, let cure, sand, and polish.
Google "how to fix Gel Coat" and you'll have more youtube videos than you can watch in a lifetime.
