Timber Ridge 23DBS loaded weights

Curious what people are seeing for loaded weights of a TR 23DBS
Also what is the height to top of ball with the off road package.
I am trying to figure out what equalizer hitch I need to order

Thanks

Everyone is going to different as it depends on how much stuff one carries. Some people it seems even take their neighbor's kitchen sink along. Others take quite a bit less. To know for sure use a bathroom scale and weigh what you'll be taking with you. Bars...1200 pounders? Hard to say without know YOUR weights.

Can't help you with the ball height.

I don’t have the off road package, ironic considering my handle, but mine is like 31”. They sit very high. I have 1000 pound bars and they work fine but when I had a half ton I wish I had 1200 pound bars.

Just trying to get some average weights since we will be traveling for 5 week after we pick it up.
Off Road does yours have 16" tires? Factory told me ball height is approx 27" yet I have seen quite a range of hitch height number depending on model I would think that would be quite standard if frames are all built with similar construction

No mine has 15” tires. I lied earlier which happens inadvertently as you age. It is sitting level in my driveway so I just went out and measured it and it is 27.5” to the bottom of the coupler. Top of ball would be a bit higher.
