water pump vibration

All was well until I completely drained the fresh water tank and refilled it.

Now, all of the faucets vibrate when opened. The pump doesn't cycle like it used to, but runs continuously while the faucet is open.

What I've checked:

There's no vibration at all when connected to city water, so probably not air in system?
The pump is quite secure to the floor.

When there are no faucets open, the pump almost never runs, so I don't think there are leaks.
In this installation, there's already a flex hose at the output of the pump to absorb pressure pulses(see photo)
The pump is a Shurflo 4008-101-A65
The 22FQS trailer is a 2021 model, and not seen extensive use.

Any ideas on what happened, and how to tame it?

What happens if you pump water using the winterization pipe from a bucket of water? Same vibration?

Have you checked the strainer on the pump for debris from the water tank?

thanks for the ideas, guys
It still vibrates when using the winterization pickup
the filter is clear

As I left it running, it definitely sounded like a vibration behind the cabinets, so I"ll check for loose lines banging

However even if that were true, it still would not explain why it runs continuously.

My guess is you need to open all your farthest faucet from the pump and let it run several minutes...then the next closes faucet etc. Even the toilet and the out door shower will likely need purging. I changed an undersink filter on my set up the other day and I couldn't believe how long it took to get it cleared up and stop shaking about.........

One time I thought I had bled all the lines but I was still getting pump problems. Turned out the external shower had air in the line. After I purged it everything was fine.

well, it solved itself. DW took it for a weekend, and after one day's use, problem disappeared. I guess all it took was a bit more flow.
Thx for all the suggestions
