Wet Carpet
We have a 2018 GP30RLS 5er.
2 days ago we discovered the carpeting under the fridge (Norcold 1210) was wet- not the slide carpet but the main floor carpet which goes under the fridge and over to the kitchen sink. There are no leaks in the water connections or drain pipe, the condensate drain is routed out the fridge vent and flows freely when water is poured into the collector box under the cooling fins. The slide roof and its fabric cover are dry and intact as is the 2 year old roof. The rubber slide seals are good.
2 days ago we toweled it as dry as possible and have had a fan on it since and today it is soaking wet again.
We haven't had a drop of rain in over a week.
Any thoughts?

Besides the refrigerator, is there any other plumbing in that area? Sure seems that it's coming from the Norcold.

Nothing. We emptied the fridge and freezer and turned it off. This should be interesting...

You may have turned off the fridge, but did you turn off the water to the icemaker? Mine had a fitting that leaked twice where the icemaker filter was.

Is your water heater mounted under your kitchen sink? Could it be leaking? On my F26RLS, the water heater had a pinhole leak in the tank seam. It was a slow leak, and took a while to find. Wound up using an inspection camera between the floor and Styrofoam insulation on the water heater to find the drip.

No ice maker, no plumbing. I'll check the water heater but I'm pretty sure that's not it.

Has it rained or did you wash it before you noticed the leak? We have the same window on our 25RDS and it leaked under heavier than usual rains. It was sloppily installed and was one of the items the factory fixed when we had to take it back to ORV.
Or slide seals? Water travels in mysterious ways. Try running a garden hose all over the slide.

I found a little river tracing back to the water heater. With the extended warranty, I'll be calling "the guy".

I guess it's fairly common for Suburban water heaters to develop leaks in the combustion chamber. Take the outside cover off and look into the chamber with a flashlight. I know mine was leaking from a pin hole in the tank seam. A suggestion on having it replaced under an extended warranty, make sure the RV tech doesn't write up the water heater as rusted. Many warranties exclude rust in thier "fine print". I wound up canceling my warranty because of that, but thats another story. FWIW, the replacement was pretty easy to do on the F26RLS.
