window seals leaking between panes

In July 2022 we purchased a 2020 Anniversary Edition Blackstone 280RKS. Every window seal is leaking between the panes on the thermal pane windows. I am wondering if any one else has experienced this on a 2020 model. The windows are Lippert Component Industries. I called them and of course they told me I am out of luck on any support from them other than they would be happy top sell me new windows. I have owned no less that a dozen RVs and I have only seen this happen one other time on a Bigfoot travel trailer and that window company settled in a class action suit. My beef is this: Mountain Extreme Thermal pane windows should not fail. When every window fails that points to a manufacturing problem.

I have very little faith in anything made by Lippert....

window seals leaking between panes

I had a similar problem on a few windows in my Tradewinds.I removed the paines, split them and prepared them and got a local double glazing company to fit a new bead and re-seal them.

Thanks. I was considering replacing with new .25" tempered glass. I have seen YouTube videos on DYI re-sealing and don't think I want to try that myself. I'll see if I can find a local company that can do that. I appreciate your help!

that might work; I don't believe they are filled with inert gas like a residential window; just double paned.

Was the water leaking coming from the window itself, or the seal around the perimeter of the window?
