'92 Rexhall with GM 6.2L Diesel

I'm going to repost this ad from Craigslist, so it doesn't get lost as I am curious about this and would like any info anyone could offer. I am not the seller, and have no interest in it other than it seems kinda unique and seems like it would be fun to travel in. What chassis was used? Some sort of GM parcel van chassis? Were a lot of them diesel or is this unique or at least uncommon? Only the four pics were in the ad.
