Question 96 Rexair, Fuel pump/fuse box

Hello, I am the new owner of a Gasoline powered 1996 Rexhall Rexair. ford chassis with ford 460 engine. Having issue with crank, no start. Disconnected the fuel line at fuel filter and turn the key over. no gas comes out.
Starts fine with starting fluid so Im trying to locate the Fuel pump fuse to check that before replacing the fuel pump(which i believe is in the gas tank, on top) I have a few fuses by my left foot when in the driver seat (numbered on cover) but it didnt come with any kind of owners manual and I havent found any diagrams to help me out.
Any tips where to look for fuse boxes or diagrams would be much appreciated. And can anyone confirm the fuel pump would indeed be in the gas tank on this? Thank you!

Look on the side of the motor and see if it is there. It would be if your 460 has a carb on it. If fuel injected it will be in the tank. On my F53 chassis there is a intellitec fuse panel under the dash on the floor. Behind it is also a fuse panel that Ford installed, may be located there, just look for blown fuse. When you turn the key on can you hear the pump run?

This one is fuel injected. No sound from pump. found the right fuse box it is indeed under the hood behind driver side firewall. The one on the floor was a dead end. The fuse boxes are also the same fuse diagram as the ford f150 turns out. everything good there. hooked up an external fuel pump after that and it started right up. has to be the in tank pump has gone bad as this one is a 96 and the pumps are notoriously bad pre 04/96 chassis. ill pull this one and see if it is the turbine pump or the earlier unreliable model. and no reason not to get the newer turbine for replacement right?

update:

I Dropped the fuel tank, replaced the fuel pump, hooked the fuel line all back up... still doesnt start. no sound from fuel pump. Fuses all look fine. switched the relays around several times, all 4 relays seem to be good. no prime sound, nothing. will jumper the leads on the fuel pump relay tomorrow and follow the circuit up from the tank poking around with a multimeter. Only thing i can think is there must be a bad connection somewhere

The ecm may have went bad . I would go to a Ford dealer and confirm that it does activate the fuel pump. I know gm does. If it is obd ll you may able to tell with a scanner.
