Yes, Finally found it on the left side of the doghouse. It is ODB1 so luckily I had a tester. Jeez I'd completely forgotten OBD1. Mine is a 97 last year before ODB2.
Thanks... Gotta get in there and see what the codes are.. The timing between the pulses is a little confusing so I'm gonna video it so I can watch in less of a panic mode.. LOL...
