Cannot find sway bar bushings

I have a 2002 Rexhall Aerobus 37' Ford F53 chassis, double slide, gas. During a Ford Truck Center checkover, they said the sway bar bushings were blown out completely. They are, in fact, gone as in not even there. Ford tech said because the sway bar is aftermarket, they could not find replacements. The bar measures 37mm. Can anyone help me find them?

By the way, I tried to post a pic of the sway bar but the box asks for a URL. My pics are saved in a file and don't have a URL. Any ideas how to attach the pic?

The description sure sounds like Ford factory installed bar with the melting rear bushings. My 2006 had no rear bushings in 2011 when I drove it home. Front are still original and doing are still serviceable. Replace the missing rear with after market blue poly bushes from an eBay seller - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-F53-Cl...pe!23435!US!-1. 9 years in service with no problems.

For pics scroll down a bit from the test box that you wrote the initial post or when you reply to the "Additional Options" section. There is a sub section called "Attach Files". Click the radio button called "Manage Attachments" within the sub section. From there you can up load pics. Before you submit a message do a preview to ensure the pics look like what you want. Sometimes you might need to rotate the image before uploading.

I found new ones for my 95 Airbus on Ebay or Amazon. Good quality and fit perfect.

I just ordered those same bushings from, probably the same guy, on eBay. Did you have any problems with them, do they appear to be good quality? I’m always a little Leary of an eBay non standard item. I found the from energy suspension right after I ordered them on ebay.

If you search Whatever year, F53 motorhome swaybar bushings, they will come up from moog and energy suspension.

yeah this is a Ford chassis thing not Rexhall... head over to the F53 Chassis Club here on iRV2...i forget who it is but a fellow member makes new urethane bushings for the F53 and is a super nice guy. I'm betting a few thousand people finding him here are using his really nice bushings.

My original rubber bushings were just so old and dried up that half of them were just gone. Installed these new bushings and what a difference.

have fun and enjoy the upkeep... oh, I had to use an impact gun to loosen my bolts. was a great excuse to buy a new 20v Dewalt 899...more toys = more fun
