Can't find tank capacity, 1999 American Clipper

My wife and I bought a 1999 29.5 foot Rexhall American Clipper yesterday but we are not taking possession until August. Believe it or not but the owner was not a "camper" but used the RV for another purpose. It's been very well maintained and comes with all the manuals but we still could not fine the specifications for the fresh water, gray water and black water. I would like to know the capacity of each. Please help me out if you can as it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all,
Bellevue, NE

If you have physical access to the tanks, and if they are square sided then it's fairly easy...
I had to do this with my old coach...

I'll use my fresh water tank as an example...
The tape measure says the outside dimensions are 22.5 inches wide by 15.5 inches high by 44.5 inches deep

22.5 times 15.5 times 44.5 is 15519.375 cubic inches

15519 divided by 231 (the number of cubic inches in a gallon) = 67.18
but we are using outside dimensions for simplicity and that ignores the thickness of the tank walls... so call it around 66 gallons.

A while later I found a brochure from the vintage of the coach and it said 65 gallons. Close enough.

I believe the fresh is 100 and the other two are 65 gallons each.

Actually, try this link:
I couldn’t find specs for the ‘99, but I doubt they changed.

Talking Found the right tank capacities

I was looking for the capacities of my 1999 RexHall American Clipper and they are as follows. It's hard to read but I think this is correct.

Fresh water 60 gal (66 with water heater)
Black tank 48 gal
Grey tank 31 gal
Fuel 75 gal
Propane 29 gal

Thanks for your input! It took me a long time to finally find the correct answer so I hope this might help someone else down the road.
