Furnace make and model

I own a 2004 Roseair 3955et. It has a Duo Therm comfort control thermostat. My furnace stops working at times until I turn the thermostat to off then back on.

I need to troubleshoot, but have no idea what furnace is in it. I took off the grill under the oven, but could not find a model # on any visible part of the furnace.

Does Anyone Have any idea what rexhall might have used. So I can download a manual for it?

Is there an access cover plate 10"x 14" on the side of the coach with the intake and exhaust for the furnace ?

If there is remove the four mount screws and all the info should be right there .

A single port ; intake grill around an exhaust ( round ) outlet ?

I believe that's an Atwood , as Suburban uses two ( inlet above the exhaust ) two round , and Suburban stamped in the chrome plate.

Check page 42 of this pdf.

It has a roughly 6" x 3" rectangular chrome plate with an inlet and exhaust but it does not say suburban on it.

That sounds to me like a corroded wire terminal on the back of the 'stat or at furnace board.

Could you post a picture , or Google " RV furnace exhaust plate images " and see if you can match it up.

I hope it is not in the board. It looks likei will need to pull the furnace to get to it. That means pulling the oven and range top as well.

Thanks for the help.

I took the thermostat off the wall, removed and reinstalled the connector and reset the thermostat. Last night it worked as it is supposed to.

For those who might be interested, my furnace is under the oven with no outside access. I pulled the back panel from the furnace to check b the over temp sensor.

There is a label on inside the panel with the model and serial number so you don't have to remove the furnace to find those numbers.
