Leveling Jacks ( HWH), 2002 Rexhall Rose Air Diesal

Does anyone have any experience with leveling jacks (HWH is the brand) that does not go up?

My issue is that three no springs on 3 leveling jacks. The leveling jack will not go up, it makes a clicking sound when I press the button to go up. It worked when I pressed the button for them to go down (motor works) or hydraulic pump goes down, but not up.

I tried the emergency valve and they won't go up. I tried a 2 x 4 at first, and I pried it with a floor jack, and that did not work. I attempted to release the valve to release the pressure, and I also disconnected the shuttle valve, and that did not work.

If anyone has any suggestions!! I really would appreciate it!

I have one HWH jack that won't go up. It needs to be rebuilt. In order to get mine up, I had to wedge a pry bar under it and force it up enough to get a lift jack under it.

Yes, three go up just fine. But the one under the drivers seat won't. I replaced the springs, but that didn't solve it. I found a local hydraulics company that works on these and they said they can rebuild it without a problem. I'll have them look over the whole system as well to make sure the other and the pump are in good order.
