New member - 03 Rexall Vision jacks

Hello all. My husband just passed away suddenly in December and now I am learning to operate our 2003 Rexall Vision without him. Appreciate if this forum can assist. Current issue is that I'm having trouble storing the jacks. As we are parked long term I'm running the engine a couple hours once a month and extending and retracting the jacks a few times to keep them lubricated. Last month added hydraulic lubricant when I had trouble as the tank appeared empty and it seemed to solve the problem.. But this month there has been lubricant leaking under the chassis last couple weeks when the temp increased to 100f here in Arizona, so it may have been overfilled. But now front 2 Jack's would only raise 2" and the rear not at all. Any suggestions?

Well , I'm sorry for your loss , and I can't imagine what my DW would be going through in similar circumstances .

Do you have any information on your coach's brand of levelers?

Manufacturers name on the control pad ?

Unfortunately if you added fluid when the jacks were extended the system could be way over full , and with no room in the reservoir , the lack of space could be holding the jacks from fully retracting.

Can you extend the jacks and recheck the fluid reservoir , if the area around the cap is wet , then removing excess fluid is probably the first step .
Do you remember what type of fluid you put in and how much ?

Thanks for your reply...

Leveler brand is HWH corp325 series Bi Axis with air dump

Lubricant was Supertech heavy duty oxidation and rust anti-wear hydraulic oil

Checked fluid level and container is only half full. Jacks are extended now. Just cant store them at this point.

When you press the store button, do the jacks stay down all the way or do they come up but the light stays on?

I have one jack that sticks so when it does retract, it doesn't come up all the way so the light goes out. Sometimes it finally comes up all the way. Other times I use a 2 x 4 to force it up.
