Question Rexair Monitor and control panel

Recently acquired a 96 Rexair 28' and slowly working through the usual issues of an older bus. I have a request, does anyone know what the unmarked rocker switch on the monitor panel over the stove is for? I have the range fan, range light, water pump and water heater but there is one switch not labelled. Looking behind the panel there was a blue wire that looked like it was cut (just dangling) on one side of the switch and another blue wire connected to the other side of the switch that disappears off into the depths of the wiring loom. Testing this wire shows it to be dead so it appears the supply side is what is missing. There is a "porch light" on the outside of the bus (none awning side) for which I cannot find any switch for unless the bulb is gone (need to check) and it is also switched by the porch light switch at the entrance which controls the light on the awning side.

Any thoughts gratefully received.

My 03 has a switch on that panel for the driver's side light but it is labeled as DS. It might have been added by a previous owner and not factory. Another thought is electric water heater.
