Rexhall Decals

Hello everybody and greetings from NZ!

Does anyone know if it's possible to get the REXHALL and AIREX stickers?

Ours are faded as they are the original 1995 stickers.

I'm not too hopeful, but you never know.

Our aircons have suddenly stopped working (both of them) and though it's coming into winter here, it would be nice to have them working for next summer. We've checked the fuses and they are o.k. Any ideas?

Thanks and have a great day.

I contacted Rexhall years ago (when they were still in business) about replacement decals for my 2003. They said when they went to full body paint they got rid of all their decals, and if they did have any around the adhesive would probably not be good after all those years. I found a graphics company in town that made some for me.

Maybe the EMS?

This is a really old thread. But in the off-chance that you haven't found the problem yet or someone else might be looking into a similar problem...
Our 1997 RexAir is a 120V 30AMP system, and we have 2 A/C units. For these RVs they used a Progressive Dynamics EMS that will either allow both A/C units to run if you're running the huge 5500W built-in generator, of if we're on shore power it will allow one A/C unit to run. It also has a sensor that the shore power runs through that is supposed to shut down the A/C if you're already drawing too much current, for example, running the microwave.
This EMS unit for us is behind the power center that contains the breakers and fuses for the house systems, it's a sort of solid-state computer. The housing is metal and it's about 5 inches wide by 8 inches tall.
If you've already checked the breakers, it's possible that there's something wrong with the EMS.
For us, there's a single 30A power lead that goes from the breaker panel to the EMS, and another 30A power lead from the generator, and then the two A/C units are powered in turn by the EMS depending on what type of power it senses. The wiring schematics show that it has a 12V lead from the genset, which will tell it whether or not it can run both A/C units at once.
So, hopefully that will give you more of an idea of what you're working with.

Re Rexhall Aircons

Thank you very much, questvent for taking the trouble to reply to my question. (I'd forgotten about it, LOL).

We will check out your suggestions and see what happens.

It's a guide at the very least for an electrician who may be unfamiliar with these units.

Regards
