Under hood lamp fuse location?

Does anyone know where the fuse for the wind out lamp thats under the hood is?

Does it not work? I have had a couple vehicle's that had these and there was a on & off switch on the main body. Should just use a regular automotive bulb.

Yes I see the switch, its on but no 12v
