Basic Info This RV offers us ease, rest and comfort: Gas, 3 slides. No tow.

We are two Baby Boomers (who met each other through Match.com and chose to "go for it"). We use our RV for destination trips, taken in comfort, with the ability to stop and rest, have a nap, then drive on as we choose.

My husband, a professor at LSU, is a confident driver who takes our RV wherever we want to go: Professional conferences, overnight stays after an evening of dinner and drinks, day-trips and month-long adventures.

Because we don't tow (rent, as needed.), we have more freedom with parking and such. No toad means we don't need the torque and power of diesel: Gas is easier and we like the simpler maintenance-service of gas.

With this rig, all contained in one unit, we have spent the night at WalMart, restaurants, etc., without worrying that someone might break into our toad.

For us, this RV means freedom: Two old folks, each with a 150-pound+ English mastiff service dog, who enjoy life. Again, we are going for it!
Customizations
When we bought this RV, we added and had installed an RV MACERATOR SYSTEM, which eliminates the hassle and weight of dumping.

Dumping is quick and easy: One small hose that delivers the contents, pumped quickly and smoothly.

For us, this is absolutely necessary because it makes RVing easy, easy.

Tow Vehicle
We skipped having a tow. Our reasons:

At 34' (instead of 39') we can park comfortably (two spaces are long enough, although 4 allows for slides) in parking lots or on the street.

Not having a tow reduces our length from 60' to 34' = easier to maneuver and drive on congested highways.

Being free of a toad lets us use our RV (rather that park it to take a tow Jeep --- likely too heavy to tow with a gas RV) and look at the scenery from a much higher vantage point.

Favorite Camping Destinations
Horses and horseracing are alluring, and we found this RV well-suited to the horse park in Lexington, KY.

Lexington's "Kentucky Horsepark Campground" (30 & 50 amp, water and dump station) is on the grounds of a working horse farm, with impressive riding exhibitions and a first-class museum.

There's a lot to see, so being able to park our RV in front of the museum and explore at leisure, always able to come back to the rig and rest, made this whole experience delightful.

From here, one can arrange guided tours of horse farms, or rent a car to drive around and see how bourbon is made, etc. We did both and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

We stayed here several days and enjoyed the entire experience.
